Welcome to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home

We rely on donations from individuals and organisations to defray the costs of running the Home because the funding we receive from the government is insufficient for all our needs and programmes. Your donation to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home is greatly appreciated and it will be used to fund the personal, educational and developmental needs of the boys and girls staying in Residential Care.

Tax Exemption Receipts

Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home is an approved Institute of Public Character (IPC) so all cash donations (excluding donations in kind) can enjoy a tax deduction of 2.5 x the amount you donate. This tax deduction will be automatically included in your tax assessment at the end of the year if you provide us with your tax reference number.

To qualify for the tax exemption, please include your personal particulars on our donation form (or on the reverse side of the cheque) when you make a donation.

Individuals: Name; NRIC/FIN number; mailing address; & telephone number.

Companies: UEN/Business Registration number; mailing address; contact person; & telephone number.

Donate in kind

Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home needs donations in kind (groceries, toiletries etc.) to defray the costs of running the Home and provide for the needs of the children.

Please contact us beforehand (telephone: 6713 9150 / info@cslmch.org.sg) if you would like to donate in kind so that we can tell you what we need because our needs change every week and our storage space is very limited.

Please also note that we can only receive donations in kind during office hours (Monday to Friday / 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays).

We especially appreciate receiving vouchers (Popular, Capitaland, NTUC Fair Price etc.) because they are easy to store and they allow us to buy items that we need for the children when we need them.
